
Central Hockey League Announces Suspensions
January 13, 2012 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ (January 13, 2012) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) announced today the following disciplinary actions resulting from recent games:
Tulsa Oilers forward Tyler Sheldrake has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of his off-ice actions in the Oilers game on January 7 versus Wichita. As a result, Sheldrake will miss his team's next game on Saturday, January 14 versus Allen.
Laredo Bucks forward Matt Boyd has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of his actions in the Bucks game on January 8 versus Allen. Boyd was observed to commit an illegal check to the head of an Allen player. Boyd will miss his team's next game on Friday, January 13 at Arizona.
