
Cats Begin Three-Game Set at Home

FORT WORTH, TX - After sweeping the El Paso Diablos on the road this week, the Fort Worth Cats(4-3) are back at home this weekend to begin a three-game series with the Lincoln Saltdogs (3-4). The teams have combined to win four of the past five league titles.
First baseman John Allen has been on fire, batting .360 with 11 RBI, including a grand slam Wednesday night. His three homers are tied for the American Association lead and he has a slugging average of .840. Outfielder Seth Fortenberry is leading the team in batting average for the first week, batting .440 (11 for 25) with five RBI, and also has three stolen bases. Infielder Rob Recuenco also has five RBI while batting .381. Relief pitcher Dustin Cameron has three saves on the season with a 0.00 ERA.
