Columbus, GA - After eight days on the road the Columbus Catfish will be back at Golden Park to take on the Greenville Drive for four games starting Thursday, August 10. Then it's a four-gamer with the Kannapolis Intimidators starting Tuesday, August 15. Come out for fun and exciting promotions during the home stand:
Thursday, August 10, 7:00pm vs. Greenville: Each Thursday at Golden Park is Thirsty Thursday sponsored by Rock 103, which means draft beer and soft drinks are only one dollar. It is also College Night, so students can take advantage of a one dollar discount when showing a student ID (does not include Skybox tickets).
Friday through Sunday: This weekend is TSYS Employee Appreciation Weekend. Bring your TSYS employee ID and get $3 general admission tickets for you and your family members.
Friday, August 11, 7:00pm vs. Greenville: Fridays and Saturdays all season the Fox 54 Family Fun Pack gets you four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks and a souvenir program for just $20. Knology customers bring your bill to the ticket office to get half off your ticket for Knology Customer Appreciation Night. During the game Knology will give away fantastic prizes including Atlanta Braves tickets, Kenny Chesney tickets, Sirius Satellite Radio and a DVD player and after the game stick around for a showing of Madagascar, a movie under the stars. Make-A-Difference Volunteer Night encourages non-profit organizations to bring out their volunteers as a show of appreciation for their hard work. Ladies ages 16 and up make your bid now for a chance to Kiss-A-Catfish after tonight's game. Three Catfish have volunteered to receive a smooch on the cheek with all bid proceeds going to Special Olympics of Georgia. Before tonight's game two players will sign autographs in the main concourse. After the game kids run the bases like their favorite players.
Saturday, August 12, 7:00pm vs. Greenville: After the game tonight we will have another Fireworks Extravaganza! Fridays and Saturdays all season the Fox 54 Family Fun Pack gets you four tickets, four hot dogs, four soft drinks and a souvenir program for just $20. Celebrate Christmas in August with The Salvation Army. Donate two non-perishable food items to The Salvation Army and receive a free general admission ticket. Show your employee ID from AFLAC or Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and get a $3 general admission ticket. The 'Fish with a Cause Campaign will feature PKD Foundation. Sunday, August 13, 6:00pm vs. Greenville: Tonight the Catfish will host Latino Night with the help of Viva 1460 AM. We will celebrate Latino culture with fun, music and food provided by Millie's Market. Every Sunday enjoy Sunday Suds and Dogs, a 24-ounce beer and a hot dog for just $5 thanks to Rooster 106. We'll also get goofy for International Left-Handers Day.
Tuesday, August 15, 7:00pm vs. Kannapolis: Every Two-for-Tuesday, fans can purchase two tickets for the price of one at the box office window (does not include Skybox tickets).
Wednesday, August 16, 7:00pm vs. Kannapolis: If the Catfish win on Guaranteed Wins-Day each fan in attendance gets free admission to the following Thursday game. Redeem your Wednesday winning ticket at the box office.
