
Castro to Represent Edinburg in All-Star Game

EDINBURG, Texas- The Edinburg Coyotes standout closer Julio Castro will be representing the Coyotes in the 2008 ULB vs. GBL All-Star game on Tuesday, July 15 in San Angelo, Texas. Castro has been representing the Coyotes in the All-Star Game since ULB's inaugural season of 06'.
Castro is one of the most dominant closers in the United League with seven saves so far in the season, which is the second highest in the entire league. Castro has a 1-2 record with 30 strikeouts. Castro has posted up a 4.38 ERA through 24 2/3 innings of work and opponents are hitting just .186 against him.
