United Soccer Leagues announced today that its new broadband internet broadcast channel, in partnership with Turner Broadcasting's Play On, will carry three Lamar Hunt US Open Cup First Round matches Tuesday, June 12 on www.USLlive.com. It will be the first time multiple national video broadcasts of First Round games can be seen in the history of the tournament. Fans can view the games at no charge.

The Carolina RailHawks inaugural U.S. Open Cup match against RWB Adria, an amateur team from Chicago, is among the three games selected to be broadcast live. This service is free and fans will be able to log on to the USL Live website and select the match they desire. The RailHawks match will be broadcast live from SAS Soccer Park in Cary, on Tuesday, June 12th at 7:30 PM.

As all of the Carolina RailHawks games, it will feature play by play and color commentary by the dynamic duo of broadcasters, Dean Linke and John Bouillé. The broadcast will be preceded, as always, by a 15 minute pre-game show featuring special guests from the Carolina RailHawks organization, and it will be followed by a post-game analysis and call in show.

Dating back to 1914, the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup is the oldest cup competition in United States soccer and is among the oldest in the world. Open to all affiliated amateur and professional teams in the United States, the annual U.S. Open Cup is a 94-year-old single-elimination tournament.
