Springfield, MO - The rain showers in the Ozarks held off long enough for a solo-shot from Matt Koperniak and RBI-double from Chase Pinder to lead the Cardinals (21-19, 52-57) over the Travelers (18-22, 54-55) Tuesday night, 2-1.

W: LHP Domingo Robles (4-5)

L: RHP Stephen Kolek (4-12)

Notables:

-RHP Jack Flaherty made his MLB Rehab Start for Springfield, 3.0 IP / 2 H / 0 R / 1 BB / 4 K

-RF Chase Pinder went 1-for-2 with an RBI-double, his 46th RBI of the season

-LF Matt Koperniak grabbed his 12th HR of the season with a solo shot in the bottom of the 1st
