Captains Indoor Batting Cages Available For Rent

Lake County Captains News Release


(Eastlake, Ohio) - The Lake County Captains, the Class A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, are accepting reservations to use the indoor batting cages at Classic Park. Reservations can be made by calling Rob Demko at the Captains office at 440-975 8085 ext. 117 during normal business hours. The cages will be available for rent Monday through Friday from 4 PM - 9 PM, starting February 23rd through March 27th.

The rental charge for the facility will be $90 for one hour. The Captains will provide two pitching machines, baseballs for the machines, protective screens, and batting tees. Baseball bats and protective head gear will need to be provided by the participants. There is a limit of 25 people per session.

Softball teams are also welcome but will have to provide their own softballs as well.

Full season tickets plans, 12, 20, and 35-game mini ticket plans are on sale now for the upcoming Captains season which opens on April 9. Individual game tickets will go on sale in early March. For ticket information, please contact the Ticket Office at 440-954-WINS.

The Lake County Captains are a Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and play their home games at Classic Park in Eastlake, at the corners of State Route 91 and Vine Street. The regular season home opener is scheduled for April 9th versus the Hagerstown Suns, the Class A affiliate for the Washington Nationals.
