Rome, GA - The Rome Braves have launched their redesigned official website at www.romebraves.com. The site has an updated look with easier navigation plus features up-to-the-minute team news and press releases, statistics, updated team rosters, coaching staff, and player information, along with game schedule, new 2009 promotional calendar, and ticket information. The Rome Braves continue to offer fans the convenience to purchase tickets online from the comfort of their home.

Other features include an internet poll, details on upcoming events, and streaming video. Fans will have the opportunity again this season to hear all the action of Rome Braves baseball via a "Listen to the Game" link.

The 2009 home opener is April 14th against Savannah. Rome plays a four game series in Charleston April 9 -12 to begin the season. For more information log on to www.romebraves.com.
