Canucks Recall Pelletier

Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have recalled centre Pascal Pelletier from the AHL Utica Comets.

Pelletier, 30, has appeared in 39 games with the Utica Comets this season, registering 39 points (9-30-39). He appeared in his first game as a Vancouver Canuck on October 25, 2013 against St. Louis. The Labrador, Newfoundland native has played in 14 career NHL games with the Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks and Vancouver.

The 5'11"", 190-pound centre signed with Vancouver on July 5, 2013 as a free agent.
