
Canadiens Assign Ryan White To Bulldogs

MONTREAL, QC - Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that forward Ryan White has been assigned to the Hamilton Bulldogs from Montreal.
White, 21, has played in 14 games with the Canadiens this year earning two assists and 11 penalty minutes. In 26 games with the Bulldogs in 2009-2010, the Brandon, Manitoba native has earned 14 points (nine goals, five assists) along with 63 penalty minutes. The 6-foot, 193-pound centre completed his first professional season last year with Hamilton playing in all 80 games and earning 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists) and 68 penalty minutes. White was drafted by the Canadiens in the 3rd round, 66th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
The Bulldogs host the Lake Erie Monsters on Monday, January 11th at 7:30 p.m. at Copps Coliseum.
