Trailing by a score of 5-2 entering the seventh inning, the Ottawa Rapidz rallied for five runs to take a 7-5 lead and went on to win 8-5 at home. Rapidz 2B Jose De Los Santos led the way at the plate for Ottawa, going 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored. Ottawa reliever Angelo Burrows was credited with his first win of the season. He struck out two in 1 1/3 scoreless innings. Rapidz reliever Cardoza Tucker tossed a perfect ninth to seal the win and earn his third save.

Worcester 11, Nashua 10

In a back and forth slugfest, the Worcester Tornadoes had the last laugh, as they rallied for seven runs in the bottom of the ninth to shock Nashua and come away with the walk-off win at home. There were a total of five home runs hit in the game, three by the Tornadoes. Worcester 2B Omar Pena had one of those homers and led the way offensively, going 3-for-5 with a pair of runs scored and two RBI. RF Scott Grimes and DH Francisco Caraballo also homered to aid the winning effort.

Brockton 13, Sussex 5

Brockton LF Dennis Abreu was 3-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI to help the Rox to a win over the Skyhawks and extend his hitting streak to 24 games. With the score tied 3-3 entering the seventh inning, Brockton busted things wide open with five runs in the frame to jump out to an 8-3 lead. They tacked on four more runs in the eighth and another run for good measure in the ninth to win 13-5. Rox DH Jason Colson had a huge game, going 3-for-5 at the plate with a home run, two runs scored and five RBI to lead all hitters.
