Campbell's Food Drive & Minor Sports/Jersey Night Vs. Chilliwack Bruins on Saturday, January 15

PRINCE GEORGE, BC - January 15th is Minor Sports Night as the Cougars take on the Chilliwack Bruins. Any Minor Sports Teams that purchase group tickets through the Cougars office will win the opportunity to have select Cougars players join them at one of their practices. Local teams and athletic groups are encouraged to wear their own teams ‚¬â„¢ jerseys and bring their families, friends and classmates to the game.

That night fans of all ages can also celebrate Jersey Night. All fans are invited to wear their favourite jersey for a chance to win a Vancouver Canucks Jersey and Campbell ‚¬â„¢s products prize packs courtesy of Campbell ‚¬â„¢s Canada and Save-On Foods.

Group ticket forms are available online at www.pgcougars.com. Click on the Campbell's Food Drive news article and download the group ticket form. Please send your completed group ticket forms to shamirm@pgcougars.com or fax to 250-561-0743. Group ticket forms must be sent in no later than January 13th, 2011.

Campbell ‚¬â„¢s Canada and Save-On Foods will also be hosting a food drive at the game. Bring a Campbell ‚¬â„¢s food product to Section X and be entered in a draw to win an iPod Nano. Campbell ‚¬â„¢s Canada and Save-On Foods will also match every donated Campbell ‚¬â„¢s food product and proceeds will go to the Salvation Army.

"We encourage our local minor hockey teams and other athletic groups in Prince George to join us for Minor Sports Night. It would certainly be interesting if a gymnastics club or ringette team wins the draw over a minor hockey team for the practice," said Cougars Business Manager Brandi Brodsky.
