
Calvillo Named Player of the Week

Montreal, Nov. 2, 2010 - Quarterback Anthony Calvillo was named the CFL's Offensive Player of the Week for Week 18, earning the selection for the third time this season.
Anthony Calvillo - Offensive Player of the Week Calvillo was a key element in the Alouettes' comeback win over the Toronto Argonauts, recording 412 passing yards, three touchdown passes and no interceptions on 30 completions. He diversified his offence, throwing to eight different receivers in the 37-30 win that came on the last play of the game.
Calvillo currently leads the CFL with the highest completion percentage and best efficiency rating and is second for most touchdown passes and third for most passing yards.
The Alouettes will face the Argonauts at Percival Molson Stadium this Sunday, Nov. 7 at 4 p.m. (RDSHD, TSNHD, NRJ, CJAD 800).
