Calder Cup Playoffs Begin Saturday for Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers will host the Toronto Marlies for the first two games of the Calder Cup Playoffs on Saturday, April 23 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 24 at 5:00 p.m.
To get ramped up for the playoffs, the Sound Tigers are hosting a "Party on the Patio" outside of Webster Bank Arena starting at 6pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday and rocking all the way until puck drop.
The Sound Tigers will have plenty of food specials, including a "Calder Cup Burger" and "The Frank," named after the Calder Cup's namesake Frank Calder. There will also be $2.00 hot dog specials and $5.00 beer specials throughout. There will be live entertainment, with magician Chris Lengyel with Freakout Entertainment performing on the patio.
Finally, the first 2,000 fans in attendance on both Saturday and Sunday will receive an "It Ends with the Cup" rally towel.
