Sioux Falls, SD - Have no fear bird fans, Cagey is here to help you solve all of your holiday problems. With just hours before the holiday season kicks into overdrive, the Canaries are offering a Cagey Holiday Hat for just $10. The hat comes in green or red, allowing you to pick your favorite holiday color, and features Cagey wearing a holiday cap of his own.
"This is a great holiday gift at a low stocking stuffer price," said Canaries General Manager John Kuhn. "I fully expect Santa to stop by the Canaries any minute looking to pick some up."
This holiday season the Canaries are also offering a Holiday Gift Pack for $60. The Holiday Gift Pack features Eight Lower Executive Tickets, $10 Canaries Cash, a $10 Gift Shop Gift Certificate, and a Cancer Awareness Cap. $5 of each Holiday Gift Pack purchase will go to the Children's Miracle Network.
"You can use your $10 Gift Shop Gift certificate to buy the green Cagey Holiday Hat and the $10 Canaries Cash to buy the red Cagey Holiday Hat," notes Kuhn. "You can leave with eight tickets, three hats, and a bundle of holiday cheer."
And for the Canaries fan that can't wait for the baseball season, tickets are now on sale for to the Second Annual Hot Stove Banquet presented by the Sioux Empire Baseball Association. The event takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. on January 21 at the Ramkota Hotel. New York Yankees legend Bill "Moose" Skowron will be the featured speaker. Individual tickets are $25 and tables of eight are $150. Proceeds from the event will be donated to SEBA to benefit the young baseball players of the Sioux Empire.
