Burroughs Named Player of the Week After 5 Point Weekend

Ethan Burroughs has been named the Huron Tractor Player of the Week for week 10 of the 2021-22 season.

Burroughs played an important part in the Attack two come from behind wins over the Flint Firebirds during the weekend. The 18-year old winger scored a pair of goals and added an assist in Friday night's contest to help Owen Sound complete a comeback after trailing 4-1 late in the second period. Burroughs then had another goal and assist during Saturday night's game as he set-up Cedrick Guindon late in the third for the Attack to retake the lead after trailing by a goal.

Owen Sound will hope that Burroughs' play over the weekend is a sign of things to come, as the second year winger now sits with 20 points through 25 games, and has helped the Attack stay right in the thick of things in the competitive Western Conference.
