Burns' six no-hit innings not enough for Express

Mike Burns was absolutely brilliant in hist first six innings of work Friday night at Tulsa as only a fifth inning walk kept him from perfection. One pitch in the seventh changed everything though.
Matt Holliday's two-run homer off of Burns in the bottom of the seventh provided the only scoring and lead the Tulsa Drillers to a 2-0 win over the Round Rock Express in front of 4,027 at Drillers Stadium.
The Drillers were hitless against Burns (1-4) until Seth Taylor lead off the seventh with a single. Two batters later, Holliday came to bat and ended Burns' night.
Chris Buglovsky was equally impressive for the Drillers (13-14). Buglovsky (2-2) went seven innings of shutout ball and gave up only three hits to get his second win of the season.
The two teams meet in the third of a four-game set Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
