
Bulls Prosper at the NAHL Top Prospects

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN - Future, current and former Amarillo Bulls accounted themselves well at the North American Hockey League Top Prospects Event in Ann Arbor, Michigan this week.
Will Harrison scored in the first game for the South Division in a 9-2 loss to the United States National Development Under 18 team that currently plays in the United States Hockey League. Luke Novak picked up an assist on the Harrison goal that was scored in the second period.
Meantime, Tristan Rostagno and the NAHL Selects nipped the USNDP Under 17 team 3-2 in a shootout. Rostagno didn't have a point in his two games he played in.
Former Bulls goaltender Chad Catt posted a win in goal for the Central Division, while defenseman Ivan Chukarov had an assist. Forward Mitchell Vanderburg and defenseman Cameron Cooper didn't register a point in their two games.
Future Bulls players participated in the North American Prospects Hockey League showcase at the same time. Forward Charlie Singerhouse notched one goal and three assists for the East, while defenseman Matt Nehls, who has already seen some action for the Bulls this season, scored twice. Brycon Johnson posted one goal and an assist, while Alex Rowe notched a goal.
Hockey's back at the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center on Friday, Mar. 6 and Saturday, Mar. 6 when it's the renewal of an great rivalry as the Bulls host the Topeka RoadRunners. It's Ronald McDonald House Weekend and the Bulls will wear special jerseys with a live auction to follow after Saturday's game. Liberty Tax sponsor's Saturday's game which is also Rampage's Birthday.
