Bullfrogs Head on the Road to Face the Lakeshore Chinooks

Green Bay, Wis. - It's opening week presented by Edvest and last night the Bullfrogs fans were treated to a wet one. The Bullfrogs defeated the Kenosha Kingfish 7-2 in six innings of play. The game was called due to severe weather.

The story of the game last night was the offense. Led by newcomer Laren Eustace, the Bullfrogs scored seven runs in six innings, four of those coming in the bottom of the sixth. Eustace hit his first home run of the season, in his second at-bat of year. Brad Hamilton finished 2-3 with two doubles and two RBI's.

Dakota Klein got the start for the Bullfrogs, he went four strong innings, giving up only one run. The hard throwing Luke VanLanen came into the game and threw two scoreless frames, picking up the win for the Bullfrogs.

Tonight, Clayton Uselman will head to the mound for the Bullfrogs. The left handed pitcher out of Madison College will get his first start this season. Uselman looks to continue the success of the Bullfrog's pitching.

On the mound for the Chinooks is left handed pitcher Zach Spears. Spears recently finsihded up his freshman season at Miami-Ohio.

First pitch is at 6:35pm from Kapco Park.
