Bulldogs Sign Ryan Kinasewich to P.T.O.

HAMILTON, ON - Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today that the club has signed left wing Ryan Kinasewich to a Professional Tryout (P.T.O.) contract. Kinasewich is scheduled to join the Bulldogs in Hershey and be available for tomorrow night's game against the Bears.

Kinasewich, 25, played in one game for the Lake Erie Monsters of the AHL on February 6th, 2009 but was held scoreless. The 6-foot-2, 202-pound left wing also played in 32 games for the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL this season where he led the team in points with 49 (17 goals, 32 assists) and posted 48 penalty minutes. In 2007-2008, the native of St. Albert, Alberta split the season between Utah and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the AHL. Kinasewich earned five points (three goals, two assists) and 12 penalty minutes in 24 games with the Sound Tigers while ranking second on the Grizzlies with 60 points (23 goals, 37 assists) and recording 48 penalty minutes. He also played in 12 post-season games with Utah recording 12 points (eight goals, four assists) and 20 penalty minutes.

The Hamilton Bulldogs begin their five-game road trip on Wednesday, February 11th for a 7:00 p.m. game in Hershey against the Bears.
