Bulldogs Recall Delmas from Wheeling Nailers

HAMILTON, ON - Montreal Canadiens and Hamilton Bulldogs general manager Pierre Gauthier announced today that goaltender Peter Delmas has been recalled to the Hamilton Bulldogs from the ECHL's Wheeling Nailers. Delmas will join the Bulldogs in advance of this afternoon's game against the Peoria Rivermen.

Delmas, 22, has played one game for Hamilton this season, a 2-1 victory over the Toronto Marlies on Sunday, January 15th, 2012. He stopped 26 of 27 shots for his first win this season. The Bedford, Nova Scotia native has played in 37 games for the Nailers this season, posting an 18-14-3 record, a 2.50 goals against average and a .909 save percentage. The 6-foot-2, 188-pound netminder has also recorded one assist this season.

The Bulldogs face the Peoria Rivermen TONIGHT, Sunday, March 25th, 2012 at 6 p.m. EDT at Carver Arena.
