Winnipeg, MB - The Hamilton Bulldogs were defeated by the Manitoba Moose 5-4 in Game 3 of the North Division Final but still hold a 2-1 series lead. Marco Rosa had a goal and two assists for Manitoba while three other Moose players recorded two-point nights.
Manitoba got on the scoreboard first at 14:42 of the opening period. Guillaume Desbiens dished the puck to Alexandre Bolduc, who skated into the Hamilton zone on a partial breakaway. Bolduc whacked the puck between the legs of Hamilton starting goaltender Drew MacIntyre and across the goal line.
The 'Dogs tied the game 1-1 at 16:08 of the first frame. Ian Schultz received the puck from Dany Masse before skating down the left side of the Moose's zone. Schultz fired a shot towards the net that squeaked through the legs of Manitoba starting goaltender Eddie Lack and into the back of the net.

The rebound bounced to the right side of the net, where Jordan Schroeder batted it past the goaltender and into the net. Sergei Shirokov gave the Moose a 3-2 lead at 19:59 with a power-play marker. Marco Rosa won a faceoff to the right of Hamilton's net, sending the puck to the point where Shirokov was stationed. Shirokov blasted a shot that rang of the post and into the net.
The Moose took a 4-2 lead at 4:40 of the third frame while on the power play. Jason Jaffray fired a shot on net that was stopped by MacIntyre. Rosa grabbed the loose rebound in front of the goaltender before flicking the puck up and over the goaltender.
