Dunedin, FL - The Dunedin Blue Jays won in walk-off fashion for the second consecutive night, downing the Ft. Myers Mighty Mussels 7-6 in 10 innings on Friday night at TD Ballpark in game four of a six-game set.
The three-hour, 52-minute contest saw the Blue Jays score two runs after being down to their final strike in the 10th, winning via walk-off for the fifth time this season.
KEY PERFORMERS
RHP Karson Ligon (2.2 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 1 BB, 5 K) hurled 2.2 shutout frames in his first start off the injured list.
Ligon struck out the first four batters he faced to open the ballgame.
RHP Dylan Watts (4 IP, 1 R, 4 H, 1 BB, 3 K) spun four innings of one-run ball in a piggyback role.
CF Blaine Bullard (2-for-5, RBI, BB) called game with an RBI single in the 10th, his second walk-off of the season.
Over his last 19 games, Bullard is batting .304 with nine RBI.
Bullard tallied his third straight multi-hit game and owns six multi-hit performances over his last eight games.
