The Des Moines Buccaneers snapped their 7 game non-winning streak tonight as they beat the Indiana Ice 2-1 in a shootout at Buccaneer Arena. The Bucs lone goal in regulation was scored by Alex Chaisson (she-ah suh) his 4th of the season. After being stopped on 27 of shots during the game, the Buccaneers went 4-4 in the shootout to record the win and raise their record to 2-4-3 on the season, Here is the scoresheet link.
The Buccaneers will be back in action on friday when they travel to Waterloo for a 7pm game with the Blackhawks and are back home next Saturday when they host the Lincoln Stars.
