Bucks Play Twice At LEC This Weekend

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League continue their three-game homestand this weekend when they host Amarillo on Friday (Oct. 30th) and Rio Grande Valley on Sunday (Nov 1st) at the LEC.

*BUCKS HOST AMARILLO FRIDAY*

Specialty priced tickets for Friday's against game against Amarillo are part of a fundraiser for the Jr. Bucks. Call Marylin Campbell, Jr. Bucks registrar, at 645-3899 to buy tickets. For more information on how your organization can sell tickets as a fundraiser at Bucks games call 718-BUCK (2825).

Friday's game will have a Halloween theme, as the first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC receive a FREE Harley Davidson Halloween bag. Trick or treating in the concourse starts at 6:30pm prior to Friday's game, with several of the Bucks corporate partners handing out goodies. During the second intermission Friday night there will be a costume parade on the ice, so wear your best Halloween costume! Register for the costume parade by picking up an ice waiver at the main entrance of the LEC.

*BUCKS HOST RIO SUNDAY AT 4PM*

Season ticket holders can earn 50 CHL Rewards points for every ticket that they use for Sunday's game against Rio Grande Valley. For example, if a STH uses four tickets for Sunday's game they will receive 200 points. Sign up for for CHL Loyalty rewards at www.chlpoints.com.

The first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC Sunday will receive a FREE 2009-10 Bucks magnet schedule.

*BUCKS FUNDRAISER FOR ST. AUGUSTINE SUCCESSFUL*

Part of the proceeds from the Bucks home opener Saturday went to St. Augustine, as they helped sell over 1,000 tickets to the game. For more information on how your organization can sell tickets as a fundraiser at Bucks games call 718-BUCK (2825).
