LAREDO, Texas – The Laredo Bucks will be out and about in the community this week.
This Week
· Monday, January 24th – Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson will attend the Gateway Rotary meeting at the Holiday Inn at Noon.
· Monday, January 24th – Bucks players Phillippe Lauze and Hans Benson will be at Sanchez/Ochoa Elementary playing hockey with 4th & 5th graders at 1:15 p.m.
· Tuesday, January 25th – Bucks players Brent Cullaton and David Guerrera will be at Bruni Elementary School playing hockey with 4th & 5th graders at 1:15 p.m.
· Wednesday, January 26th – Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson will attend the Business After Hours with the Chamber of Commerce at Laredo Morning Times at 6 p.m.
· Thursday, January 27th – Bucks representative Cindy Cisneros will give a presentation for the Gear-Up Program at TAMIU at 7 p.m.
· Friday, January 28th - Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson will attend the Daybreak Rotary meeting at the Laredo Country Club at 7:30 a.m.
· Saturday, January 29th – Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson will be a judge for the DECA District 1 Sports & Entertainment Management Decision Making Competition, at the Nixon High School Library at 7:30 a.m.
· Saturday, January 29th – The Laredo Bucks staff will participate in Popeye’s Mardi Gras Jamboozie from 5 p.m.-Midnight. The Lady Bucks and Bucky will march in the Mayors Parade at 9 p.m.
· Saturday, January 29th – Arriba Bucks will air on Univision at 9:30 a.m.
· Sunday, January 30th – 8 on the Ice will air on Pro8news at 10:30 a.m.
Last Week
· Wednesday, January 19th – Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson attended the Washington’s Birthday Celebration Association Board Meeting at La Barranca.
· Wednesday, January 19th – Bucks representatives Cindy Cisneros and Nicole Thompson attended Leadership Laredo at the Western Hemispheric Trade Room 125 at TAMIU.
· Friday, January 21st - Bucks Director of Community Relations Nicole Thompson was on the morning shows at 94.9 FM and 106.1 FM.
· Saturday, January 22nd – The Laredo Bucks staff attended the 10th Annual Crime Stoppers Menudo Bowl at Life Grounds.
· Saturday, January 22nd – Arriba Bucks aired on Univision.
· Sunday, January 23rd – 8 on the Ice aired on Pro8news.
