Bucks Look to Take Down the Fighters

The Bismarck Bucks play on their home turf this weekend, as they prepare to defend their win against the Texas Frisco Fighters from the 2021 season. Kickoff will take place Saturday, June 4 at 7:05 p.m. on Dakota Community Bank Trust and Field at the Bismarck Event Center.

This Saturday is TAG's Birthday - and Mascot Night, it will be a fun filled evening with multiple giveaway opportunities. TAG has invited all his fellow mascot friends to help celebrate his Birthday at the game. Bucks fans are all invited to join in on the fun with in numerous in game activities. Try your luck in Bismarck Aero Flight-to-the-floor or test out your golf skills with Hawtree Chip-Chip-Win. Not so great at aim? Grab a friend and join Farmers Union Tic-Tac-Toe, more competitive? Find a spot in the Fizzily Pillowcase Race. The Bucks have something for everyone, with free swag thrown out throughout the game. The upcoming game is sponsored by Red Door Pediatric Therapy and Bismarck-Mandan Elks Lodge #1199.

The last time the Bucks played the Frisco Fighters was last July in Bismarck. After being tied going into the second half of the game, the Fighters took the lead by two touchdowns in the third quarter. Halfway through the fourth quarter, the Bucks determined for a win worked as a team and secured the game with a touchdown pass. The Bucks are heading into week 13 of the 2022 season. Last week's game ended in a 28-25 loss for the Bucks, but they showed a strong offense. Scoring touchdowns for the team were Wide Receivers Alexis Rosario and Edgar Allen Poe Jr, as well as Quarterback Jayru Campbell.
