LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will play the second half of a home and home with the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees tonight at the LEC. There will be a post game skate following tonight's contest. Game time is 7:30pm.

Both the Bucks and the Texas Brahmas won last night, keeping Laredo's deficit in the Southeast Division behind Texas at 10 points.
The Bucks won a hard-fought 1-0 road game against the Killer Bees last night, with All-Star Sebastien Centomo stopping all 28 shots. Bobby Russell scored the only goal of the game 6:30 into the third period.
Laredo's win over the Bees last night was the first victory by the road team in the season series between the two rivals.
The Bucks will play four of their next five games at home at the LEC, where they have a 16-4-1 mark.
Newly acquired Mitch Stephens will make his home debut in a Bucks uniform tonight. Stephens was traded to Laredo from New Mexico on Wednesday.
With Jeff Bes on the 14-day IR, Stephens is the Bucks leading scorer with 46 points (13-33=46).
The Killer Bees enter tonight's game eight points behind the Bucks for second place in the Southeast Division.
Rio, who had their five game home winning streak snapped last night, have lost three out of their last four games.
The Killer Bees are also playing their second game of a three-in-three tonight.
The Bucks will wear their Annual President's Day Jersey's on Saturday January 31 when they host Corpus Christi at the LEC. The Jersey's will be auctioned off after the game.

On February 5th the Bucks will host the Corpus Christi Ice Rays on Big Buck Thirsty Thursday at the LEC. Beer is $2 all game long, starting when the doors open at 6pm.
