Laredo Bucks News Release
LAREDO, TX: The Laredo Bucks, of the Central Hockey League, announced Wednesday that they have signed A.J. Hau for the 2011-2012 season.
A.J. Hau, pronounced "how", is 25 years old from Fort Collins, Colorado. A.J. played with the Colorado Eagles (ECHL) this season. Last season Hau also played for the Eagles, when they were a member of the Central Hockey League.
The 6'0", 185 pound forward appeared in 40 regular season games for the Eagles last season. Hau scored 2 goals and had 7 assists. He also appeared in 11 playoff games, where he scored one goal.
"A.J. brings a winning attitude and great work ethic. He also brings grit to the team, which I think is important as well," states Head Coach Serge Dube. "I think that he will do great things for us."
The Laredo Bucks have also placed Neil Trimm on the 30-day injured reserve list. Dave Inman remains on the injured reserve as well.
The Laredo Bucks will continue to be on the road for their next three games. The Bucks return home to the LEA on Saturday, November 26th when they will face the Texas Brahmas. All tickets for the November 26th game are ONLY $10!! Call 718-BUCK (2825) to get your tickets!
