Brutlag Returned from AHL Norfolk

Forward Bryan Brutlag has been re-assigned to the Gwinnett Gladiators from the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League.

Brutlag appeared in three games with Norfolk but did not register a point. He earned a +2 plus/minus rating in his first AHL action of his career.

The Lakeville, Minnesota native currently leads all Gladiators rookies in scoring with 43 points (18 goals, 25 assists) in 62 games this season. He has also earned a +5 plus/minus rating while with Gwinnett.

The 5-foot-11, 189-pound forward earned 60 points (21 goals, 39 assists) in 151 career collegiate games at RPI from 2007-2011. He had a career best eight goals at RPI during his senior season in 2010-11.

The Gladiators are the ECHL Affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres and the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League and are members of the ECHL, the Premier "AA" Hockey League and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
