Austin scored the game's opening goal and 2 early in the 3rd to cut a 4-1 deficit to 4-3. Willie Brown had 5 assists for Bismarck. Travis Wood, Harrison Aide, and Aaron Herdt all scored twice for Bismarck.
The Bruins take on the Bobcats again on Saturday night in Bismarck at 7:15.
