AUGUSTA, N.J. - Freddy Flores went the distance for Brockton, as the Rox cruised to a 13-2 win and completed a rare five game sweep of Sussex on Thursday night at Skylands Park. Flores limited the Skyhawks to two runs on six hits, walking one and striking out four, en route to his fourth win of the season. Flores retired 17 batters in a row between the second and eighth innings.

The Rox exploded offensively for 19 hits, with every Brockton starter registering at least one hit and all but two having multi-hit games. Brockton blew the game wide open with a nine run sixth inning, highlighted by a Clyde Williams three run double. Palmer Karr blasted a two run home run in the third and had a RBI-triple in the sixth. Dominic Ramos finished the night 4-for-6 with two runs scored, while Philip Cuadrado was 3-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored.

Roger Lincoln took the loss for Sussex, giving up seven runs on 10 hits, while walking one and striking out one.

Sussex takes to the road Friday to begin a three game series at Worcester, while Brockton starts a three game set at New Hampshire. The Skyhawks return to Skylands Park on Tuesday when they host New Hampshire in a 7:05 p.m. contest.
