Kansas City Brigade News Release
The Kansas City Brigade is happy to announce that 13 of their 16 regular season games can be seen on local or national television. KSMO 62 is the new television home for the Brigade. Nine Brigade games can be seen on KSMO 62 this season. "We feel it is important to give the Brigade as much exposure as possible, I know some fans can't make it to every game. The deal with KCTV5/KSMO 62 will help immensely. Not only are they going to air home games, they are going to broadcast six road games as well," said executive director Brad Likens. The first Brigade game on KSMO 62 will take place on 3/24 against the Grand Rapids Rampage inside Sprint Center. Additional television games can be seen on ESPN2 and Fox Sports Midwest. All Kansas City Brigade games can be heard on 810 WHB. Below is the 2008 Brigade TV schedule.
Brigade Broadcast Teams Announced
Calling the action for the Brigade this season will be Dave Armstrong and Stan Weber. Armstrong will provide the play by play and Weber will provide the color commentary. Chris Gervino, will be back with the Brigade for his third season as play by play announcer. Weber will provide the color commentary for 810 WHB when available. Nick McCabe will fill in as the color man when necessary. Former Brigade Girl, Tonya Ware, will be joining the Brigade as the new sideline reporter. Steven St. John will be the public address announcer at all Brigade home games.
