Halifax Mooseheads News Release
Halifax Mooseheads' General Manager Marcel Patenaude announced today that defenceman Jean-Francois Brault has received medical clearance to resume play with the Mooseheads.
Defenceman Brault, 18, Mooseheads sixth round (90) pick in the 2003 QMJHL Entry draft, has not played since injuring his right knee October 8. Prior to his injury, Brault played on eight games with the Mooseheads, with no points while playing at a plus 3 rating.
In another matter, the team has been advised of a one game suspension to forward Kenzie Sheppard because of accumulated game misconduct penalties. Sheppard will miss Friday's game against the P.E.I. Rocket.
