Brandon Hope Named Attacker of the Week

The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that goaltender Brandon Hope has been named the teams Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week.

The eighteen year old net minder took over the reigns in the Attack crease when Jordan Binnington departed Team Canada's World Junior Selection Camp. The Canton, Michigan native appeared in two games last week, going 1-1 with a 2.02 GAA and .934 save percentage.

In a 3-2 loss in London on Friday night, Hope was named the games 3rd Star, making 28 saves, while on Saturday night, he earned 2nd Star honours with a 29 save performance.

Hope, who was acquired from Sarnia this past off season, has a 6-2 record in nine games this year to go along with a 2.12 GAA and sparkling .934 save percentage.
