
Brahmas schedule "Town Hall" meeting for Tuesday September 27th

Fort Worth- The Fort Worth Brahmas want to hear from their fans. Thus, the Brahmas organization will host a "Town Hall" meeting next Tuesday, September 27, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame located at 1720 Gendy Street in Fort Worth's Cultural District.
The Brahmas "Town Hall" meeting is open to the public and free of charge. All Brahmas fans and supporters are encouraged to attend. Soft drinks and light snacks will be provided.
Mike Barack, the Brahmas' General Manager, will chair the "Town Hall" meeting. Barack will begin the meeting with a "State of the Brahmas" address. Barack will cover a litany of topics, including the Brahmas overall business operation and the team's on ice and off ice objectives for the upcoming 2005-2006 Central Hockey League season.
Brahmas' Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Al Sims is scheduled to speak following Barack. Sims will address the Brahmas current roster as well as his outlook for the coming season.
Barack and Sims will then open the meeting up for questions and suggestions from the Brahmas fans in attendance. Barack is hopeful that the Brahmas faithful will take advantage of this opportunity to share their thoughts on his team.
"The main objective for this "Town Hall" meeting is to provide a public forum for our fans to come and share their feelings about our team, both from an on ice and off ice perspective. We want to hear what's on the minds of the people that spend their time and money to support this franchise," he stated.
Barack is also excited about the venue for the Brahmas first ever "Town Hall" meeting.
The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame honors and documents the lives of women who have distinguished themselves while exemplifying the pioneering spirit of the American West. The museum includes interactive exhibit galleries, three theaters, a retail store, and a grand rotunda housing the Hall of Fame.
