
Bradley Jr. and Castillo Optioned to Pawtucket

Prior to tonight's game against the Twins, the Boston Red Sox made the following roster moves:
Outfielders Jackie Bradley Jr. and Rusney Castillo were optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket. Right-handed pitcher Dalier Hinojosa, shortstop Deven Marrero, and catcher Matt Spring have been reassigned to minor league camp.
Executive Vice President/General Manager Ben Cherington made the announcements.
With these moves, the Red Sox now have 38 players in big league camp, including 30 active players from the 40-man roster, seven non-roster invitees, and one player on the disabled list.
