Bourque out for Season
February 6, 2015 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Sudbury Wolves News Release
The Sudbury Wolves active roster was reduced to 21 players this week as rookie defenceman TRENTON BOURQUE suffered a season ending injury. The upper body injury occurred in practice earlier this week and will keep him out of the line-up for the remainder of the season. Trenton is expected to make a full recovery. 17-year-old Bourque played 34 games with the club this season and was selected in the 3rd round of the 2014 OHL Priority Selection by the Wolves. The Wolves look forward to Trenton being a big part of the team next season.
Defenceman REAGAN O'GRADY also suffered an injury early this week and as a result missed the Wednesday's game. He is listed as day-to-day.
The Wolves are on the road this weekend and will make a stop in Guelph tonight to battle to Storm at 7:30pm. Saturday the Wolves will visit the Barrie Colts at 7:30pm before returning to the Sudbury Arena on Wednesday at 7pm to host the North Bay Battalion. Fans can follow the Wolves on the road by tuning to KFM 95.5 for the live play-by-play with Stew Kernan and Mike Poirier.
