HEAD COACHES: First-year Battle Wings head coach Keith Barefield's resume includes 19 years in the field, 10 as head coach at Evangel University in Springfield, MO where he compiled a 66-33-2 record. He coached 48 All-Americans before moving to San Antonio's Cornerstone Christian School to begin the football program there. While at Cornerstone, Barefield compiled a 23-2 record in two years at the helm including the 2002 Texas state championship.
Just recently, Barefield has been named the offensive coordinator at national prep power Evangel Christian in Shreveport (1999 National Champions in seven separate polls).

Peoria: Bruce Cowdrey is the head coach, special teams and offensive coordinator; Tony Johnson, assistant head coach and offensive line coach. Other coaches are Chuck Goodwin, Jim Donahue, Jeff Legacy and John Johnson. Strength coach is Bill Henry.
