Bombers In Pair of Pre-Season Match-Ups This Week

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers will face-off this weekend in a pair of pre-season contests against the reigning Kelly Cup champion Cincinnati Cyclones on Friday, October 10 and Saturday afternoon, October 11. The games will be a preview of the 2008-09 season opener between the Bombers and Cyclones on Saturday evening, October 18 at the E.J. Nutter Center.
The Bombers will first face the Cyclones in Cincinnati on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Sports Plus Arena in Evandale, Ohio. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door for $6. Sports Plus is located at 10765 Reading Road; fans travelling from Dayton can follow I-75 South to exit 15 (Sharon Road), take a left on E. Sharon Road, then right on Reading Road.
The in-state rivalry heads north on Saturday afternoon, when the Bombers host the Cyclones at the Ice Arena at the Kettering Recreation Complex at 2:00 p.m. Tickets will be on sale at the gate only and are $10 for adults and $5 for kids under 18. Doors will open at 1:00 p.m. Kettering Rec is located at 2900 Glengarry Road, located by taking exit 10 (Indian Ripple Road) off I-675 and turning left onto Stroop Road then right onto Glengarry.
Bombers' season ticket holders will have their first opportunity to pick up their 2008-09 season ticket packets prior to the game in the lobby of the Rec Center, which will include a ticket to that afternoon's game for full season ticket holders.
