Bombers Add Three to Roster

WINNIPEG, MB., June 18, 2014 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the additions of International receiver Mark Dell, International running back Kyle Bolton, and National linebacker Mike Cornell.

Dell (6-2, 195, Michigan State, August 13, 1989 in Farmington Hills, MI) was a four-year letterman at Michigan State, finishing his career sixth in school history with 2,136 receiving yards (16.1 avg.), tied for seventh in receptions with 133, and tied for 13th in TD receptions with 12. He played 47 games for the Spartans, with 27 starts. After his time at Michigan State, Dell signed as an undrafted free agent with the Denver Broncos. He most recently spent time with the Edmonton Eskimos.

Bolton ( 5-10, 190, Baker University, June 5, 1990, in Oceanside, CA ) most recently attended a rookie camp with the Minnesota Vikings. He had a great four-year career at Baker, earning Heart of America Athletic Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference honors in 2012. Bolton led the Wildcats in yards per carry in 2012 with a 13.3 average and two touchdowns, and was third on the team with receptions with 23, while finishing third in yards with 382. He accounted for 12 touchdowns in his Baker career.

Cornell (6-2, 225, Ottawa, December 5, 1986 in Hamilton, ON) originally signed with the Stampeders as an undrafted free agent in 2009. Cornell spent the past three seasons with the Edmonton Eskimos, recording 41 special teams tackles with the Eskimos.

The club has also released National long snapper Sean Blake, and International receiver Jason Barnes.
