
BOB FM to Carry All 34 Regular-Season Lynx Games for 11th Consecutive Season

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced that 106.1 BOB FM will return as the team's flagship station for the 11th consecutive season and broadcast all 34 regular season games and post season games. In addition, the Lynx Radio Network returns for a sixth straight season, with 10 affiliates across Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Lynx radio play-by-play announcer John Focke will call all 34 regular-season games.
The 10 Lynx Radio Network affiliates will broadcast a selection of games this summer and include: KATE-AM, 1450 (Albert Lea), WLMX-FM 104.9 (Amery, Wis.), KRWC-AM 1360 (Buffalo), KROX-AM 1260 (Crookston), KDLM-AM + Translator 1340/93.1 (Detroit Lakes), KDUZ-AM 1260 (Hutchinson), KTRF-AM 1230 (Thief River Falls), KKAQ-AM 1460 (Thief River Falls), KVTK-AM 1570 (Vermillion, S.D.) and KWLM-AM 1340 (Willmar). All games will be distributed through Learfield Communications.
The 2016 home opener will be on Saturday, May 14 vs. Phoenix Mercury at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for all games this season are on sale through LynxTix, the one stop shop for authentic tickets, at lynxbasketball.com/tickets or fans can purchase tickets by calling 612-673-8400.
