NHL - Mathieu Olivier, Nashville Predators

3GP - 1A - 1PT

Mathieu's helper this week came in conjunction with another former QMJHL player after he added an assist to Alexandre Carrier's goal against the Lightning this past weekend.

Last year Mathieu was in the lineup for 8 NHL games, and this season has played 16 games to date. Following his time in the QMJHL, Mathieu played two seasons in the AHL with the Milwaukee Admirals, appearing in 110 games and recording 31 points.

AHL - Yannick Veilleux, Laval Rocket

4GP - 2G - 1A - 3PTS

Yannick had an impressive week, adding two goals and an assist in four games played. To date this season, he has registered 7 points in 9 games played with the Rocket. Currently in his third season with Laval, he was also named assistant captain this year.

Yannick is currently in his seventh season in the American Hockey League, having played for the Chicago Wolves and St. John's Ice Caps before making the move back to his home province.

ECHL - Matt Marquardt, Jacksonville Icemen

1GP - 1G

Matt picked up a goal in his latest game on March 13th when Jacksonville visited the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. To date this season he has 3 points in 16 games played.

Following his time in the QMJHL Matt has gone on to continue to play for the past 13 seasons, sharing time between the ECHL, AHL and Europe. Prior to this season, Matt spent the past four year's playing in England. Since his time in the CHL he has also been named assistant captain four times, and captain twice!

EUROPE; KHL - Vladimir Tkachev, St. Petersburg

45GP - 11G - 27A - 38PTS

Vladimir led his team on all accounts this season during his second stint with St. Petersburgh of the KHL. He led in team scoring (38 points), and in assists with 27 in the regular season. He is currently in playoffs and notched four points in four games during round one - the team is now getting set for the second round which will begin next week.

Following his time in the QMJHL ,Vladimir retuned home to Russia and is currently in his fifth season in the KHL.
