Blues Enter Break with Loss

In the last game before the FCBL All-Star break, the Blues traveled to Nashua to take on the Silver Knights. The Blues were unable to forbear the barrage the Knights would put on the Blues in the third inning when six innings crossed the plate for the Knights who would later go on to win 8-6.
The Blues were led offensively by Ryan Rinsky (Ramopo) whose homerun in the sixth inning scored two runs. Rinsky ended the night with three RBI's.
Blues starting pitcher Rayne Supple (Wake Forest) was scored the loss after pitching two and two thirds innings allowing seven runs total, three of which were earned runs. Winning pitcher for the Silver Knights was Tom Hudson.
The Blues are off until Thursday, July 23, when they will take on the Seacoast Mavericks at Muzzy Field. First pitch is scheduled for 7pm.
