
Bluefish rained out Thursday

Bridgeport, CT - September 14th, 2006 - Due to wet field conditions and additional forecasted rain, today's game vs. the Newark Bears has been cancelled.
The game will be made up at the discretion of the league's Executive Director if its outcome will impact the final Atlantic League standings and/or playoff berths.
Fans with tickets dated September 14th will be able to exchange their tickets at the box office for any regularly scheduled game during the remainder of the 2006 season, or use them as a credit towards a 2006 playoff game.
Playoff tickets for the Bluefish are currently on sale. Tickets to all home games are available at the Bridgeport Bluefish box office on 500 Main Street in Bridgeport, CT (345-4800 ext. 150), or via the website at www.bridgeportbluefish.com.
The Bridgeport Bluefish Professional Baseball Club, a charter team in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, plays its home games at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard. 2006 season tickets, mini-plans and group outings are available by calling 203-345-4800, or visit the Bluefish on-line at www.bridgeportbluefish.com.
