SALISBURY, MD -The BlueClaws and Delmarva Shorebirds were cancelled Saturday night in Salisbury, MD due to wet grounds.
The game will be not be made up, and the teams will now play their series in the form of a double-header on Sunday at 1:05 pm.
Game one's pitching match-up pits BlueClaws RHP Miguel Nunez (5-2, 4.05) against Shorebirds LHP Josh Hader (1-2, 2.28), a South Atlantic League All-Star.
Game two features BlueClaws RHP Jeb Stefan (1-4, 5.18) against Shorebirds RHP Parker Bridwell (3-6, 6.20).
The BlueClaws will return home on Monday to open a four-game, three-day series with Greensboro which includes a double-header on Tuesday.
