
Blue Bombers Add Two to Roster

WINNIPEG, MB., April 7, 2014 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers announce today the club has added non-import, and former University of Manitoba Bison defensive lineman/linebacker Louie Richardson. The club has also signed import running back Nic Grigsby.
Richardson (6-4, 220, Manitoba, September 22, 1985, Vancouver, BC) has spent the last two seasons with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, recording seven special teams tackles in 2013. In 2012, his rookie CFL season, Richardson played in two games and recorded three special teams tackles.
Grigsby (5-10, 190, Arizona, December 26, 1988, Los Angeles, CA) joins the Bombers after being in the B.C. Lions camp in 2012. Grigsby had brief stints with both the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2011. He played his collegiate football at Arizona, and totaled 2,424 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns through 28 appearances for the Wildcats, while also tallying 60 receptions for 319 yards.
