
Blue Bombers Add One to Training Camp Roster

WINNIPEG, MB - June 2, 2013 - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed import offensive lineman Aderious Simmons, the team announced today. Simmons will be on the field with the rest of his teammates for the opening of training camp this morning.
Simmons (6-6, 313, Arizona State, DOB: February 22, 1987 in New Orleans, Louisiana) was a two-year letterman at Arizona State after transferring from El Camino Junior College, appearing in 13 games with nine starts - three as a senior and six consecutive as a junior. Simmons attended training camp with the New Orleans Saints last season before being among the team's final cuts. He also spent time with the Dallas Cowboys this past offseason.
