Blood Drive Before Next Tuesday's Game

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (May 22, 2012) - The Kannapolis Intimidators, Class A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, and the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas are teaming up for the team's annual Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, May 29, at CMC-NorthEast Stadium from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Anyone who donates blood will receive two complimentary tickets to that evening's game against the Rome Braves (Atlanta Braves) at 7:05 p.m.

Fans are encouraged to set an appointment by logging on to www.carolinadonor.org, clicking on donate and entering the sponsor code "intimidators" during the next week. The Community Bloodmobile will be parked in front of the stadium, and walk-ins are welcome as well. The Intimidators return to CMC-NorthEast Stadium on Memorial Day -- Monday, May 28 -- to open a seven-game home stand against the Rome Braves (Atlanta Braves) and Lakewood BlueClaws (Philadelphia Phillies).
