Green Bay Blizzard News Release
Green Bay, WI - Green Bay Blizzard running back Keshaudas Spence worked out for the hometown Packers this morning. Spence was held out of this past Friday nights game in preparation for today's workout.
Spence leads the Blizzard in rushing touchdowns this season with 10, including a long of 48, and is the second leading receiver on the team with 35 receptions.
Head coach Chris Williams hopes that this leads to other Blizzard players getting a look from the Packers. "Being across the street from an NFL team, we feel that it's important to keep a good relationship with them. If we have payers who are worthy of an NFL look, we want to see if the Packers will give them a try. We are extremely excited for Keshaudas to get an opportunity."
The final Blizzard game of the season is Saturday, June 25th at Aurora BayCare Freeze Field at the Resch Center. Kickoff is at 7:05pm and tickets start at just $12. Please visit greenbayblizzard.com or ticketstaronline.com for more information.
